Carefully place the jewelry in its original Artsy Silver gift box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
